1) Consignment (40% paid to you)
We will use our boutique, online store, customer base and/or other selling avenues to sell your items and pay 40% of the
proceeds to you. We cover all sales transaction expenses such as credit card fees, Selling Platform fees and all the process
expenses detailed above, including shipping and/or insurance, if necessary. We also cover all necessary in-store expenses to sell
your items. The Consignment option is a 90-day contract. Your earnings will be paid out at the end of your 90-day contract,
after you arrange and arrive to pick up any remaining unsold consignment pieces. You are required to give us 5-7 day’s notice
within your 90-day contact time to process payment and prepare any unsold items. If your consignment item(s) has not sold
after 90 days, it can be returned to you, or donated at your request. We ask you notify us of your preferences when you initially
drop-off your potential consignment pieces. PLEASE NOTE: It is not the responsibility of the boutique to contact you, the
Consignor, when your 90-day contract has commenced. Please notify the boutique at a maximum of up to ten (10) business
days beyond your 90-day selling period. If you do not contact us after the extended ten-day grace period or let us know you do
not require your items back, remaining consigned

2) Trade-In on Account (50% credited to you)
We will use our boutique, online store, customer base and/or other selling avenues to sell your item(s) and credit 50% of the
proceeds to you. We cover all sales transaction expenses such as credit card fees, Selling Platform fees and all the process
expenses detailed above, including shipping and/or insurance, if necessary. We also cover all necessary in-store expenses to sell
your items. The Trade-In option is a 90-day contract as well. Once your items begin to sell, you begin to accumulate your earned
store credit. Trade-In credit cannot be paid out directly in cash to the Consignor and only redeemable within the boutique
through your personal Store Account once the 90-day selling time has expired. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to
process the end of your 90-day contract so we can prepare any remaining, unsold items. Trade-In pay-outs loaded onto your
personal Store Account never expire. PLEASE NOTE: It is not the responsibility of the boutique to contact you, the Consignor,
when your 90-day contract has commenced. Please notify the boutique at a maximum of up to ten (10) business days beyond
your 90-day selling period. If you do not contact us after the extended ten-day grace period or let us know you do not require
your items back, remaining consigned items become sole ownership of the boutiques. The boutique is not responsible for any
lost or stolen items.

Any Trade-In offer we make is not guaranteed until (1) the item is examined physically for condition, (2) value/authenticity
has been confirmed, (3) management/buying team has approved the items and (4) a Trade-In agreement is signed.

Item Criteria
New (with tags), like-new to gently-used condition on up-to-date, trendy fashions that are the current season.
PLEASE NOTE FOR DESIGNER LABEL ITEMS: IT IS ILLEGAL TO BUY OR SELL COUNTERFEIT LUXURY GOODS. WE WILL NOT BUY OR
SELL COUNTERFEIT ITEMS AND WILL IMMEDIATELY RETURN ITEMS DEEMED COUNTERFEIT. To accept designer, luxury goods
for re-sale, management/store buyer requires supplementary information that supports authenticity (original receipt,
authenticity card, name/location/approximate date it was purchased).

All items must be: clean (laundered or dry cleaned), free of wrinkles, stains, odours or animal hair (not limited to). Items must
also be void of any damage like tears, broken seams, missing buttons or faulty zippers (not limited to). Any items considered
into our consignment program that has heavier wear/damage and require cleaning or repair may be declined for re-sale within
the boutique or will accepted but price adjusted according to management/store buyer to cover any necessary costs to meet
quality control with boutique merchandise.

Cancellation Clause
The Consignment and Trade-In contract can be terminated at any time, by request. However please note, we will charge a
$46.50 + gst cancellation fee, payable in-store to the boutique, before any items will be returned to the Consigner. Only once
the cancellation fee is paid, will items be released; no exceptions. Your contract can be terminated upon receipt of written
notice signed by you, subject to the cancellation clause described above. Cancellation will be effective the date management
reads, dates and signs off on your written notice. Any items that have been sold within the time the agreement started to the
time cancellation is signed off, the boutique will pay out Consignor earnings in the form of store credit ONLY. When you cancel,
you must also clarify what you would like the boutique to do with your remaining items not sold. If you choose to allow the
boutique to keep the remaining items, they become sole ownership of the store. Please call or email to cancel before you arrive
so we can prepare your items.

Liability
Vintelier Boutique takes every reasonable effort to safeguard all merchandise at the boutique. This includes insurance,
merchandise security tags and a 24-hour monitored security alarm system. Please note however that consigned items in the
possession of Vintelier Boutique are at the Consignor's own risk. Vintelier Boutique maintains no liability for any loss, damage or
destruction on all consigned items by theft, fire, accident or any other cause.
